Grown in the Sidamo region of southern Ethiopia, known for its high altitude and fertile volcanic soil.

Tasting notes include:

  • Floral and tropical fruity aromas
  • Hints of chocolate and honey
  • A smooth, winey finish

Natural process:

The entire coffee cherry (including the pulp and skin) is dried whole in the sun, without removing any of the fruit, essentially drying the cherry like a raisin, which results in a coffee with a distinct, often fruity flavor profile; it's also known as the "dry process" or "sun-dried" method.

If you're a coffee enthusiast looking for a truly unique and flavorful experience, Sidamo coffee is definitely worth trying!
